"Surprisingly easy to use"
I wasn’t totally sure it would be that helpful, but it actually made putting my resume together quick. There weren’t any confusing steps, which was a nice surprise.

"I was a little nervous about the billing..."
I was a little nervous about the billing at first because I’ve had bad experiences with surprise charges before, but this ended up being really straightforward. Everything was laid out clearly, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. When I was finished and needed to cancel, that was easy too. No weird fees popped up, and I didn’t have to jump through hoops, which I really appreciated.

"Site felt easy to trust"
ResumeGenius ran really smoothly for me. It loaded fast, didn’t freeze while I was working on my resume, and I could move through the pages without getting confused. Everything saved like it was supposed to, which made me feel like I could trust my gut and just keep going without worrying. I used it on my laptop and didn’t run into any weird glitches. I liked the templates on resumegenius because they looked clean without being too over the top or anything like that. I found one that worked for my kind of job quickly, so that was nice. Some of the sections were a little tight when I was trying to edit this or that, but overall it made my resume look way better than the one I had before...

"Support helped, but it took a bit"
I ran into some trouble trying to cancel my Resume Genius account, so I ended up having to reach out to customer support.

The person I talked to was nice and did help me get everything sorted out, which I appreciated. It just took longer than I thought it would, and I had to explain what was going on more than once.

Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t great either. Support came through in the end, I just wish the whole process had been a little easier

I know some people might expect it to be perfect, but for me it actually helped. I started getting interviews a lot quicker than before, so I can’t really complain. It wasn’t flawless or anything, but it definitely made a difference.

ResumeGenius was helpful when I was trying to clean up my resume. I mostly used the tips and examples, and they made it easier to figure out what to cut and how to make my job bullets sound a little more polished without overthinking every word.
I did feel a bit stuck at first, and some parts took me longer than I expected, but the guidance was simple enough to follow. I ended up finishing my resume the same day and felt a lot more confident actually sending it out.

I put my resume together right from my phone, it was smoother than I expected. Everything felt sized right, the buttons were easy to tap, and I wasn’t constantly pinching and zooming just to edit things. I used one of their templates it was such a relief. I uploaded it to a bunch of job sites with zero drama, and the ATS checker didn’t absolutely destroy the formatting like I’ve seen happen before. It just worked, which felt like a small miracle. Happy with it overall.

"Solid option when you need a resume done fast"
I used resumegenius when I needed to clean up my resume quickly, it worked well for what I needed. I kind of assumed it would be one of those sites where the templates look better in the preview than they actually are, but they were nice and saved me a bunch of time. For the price, I thought it was fair. I do wish a few things were explained more clearly before you get to the payment part, because I made a couple quick assumptions there and had to double-check. Still, it got the job done. Not perfect, but a good value if you don’t feel like starting from scratch

“The company doesn't issue refunds, better pray it works.”

“All you need to do is tell them your credit card company agreed to file a fraud charge and they will immediately grant a refund. Also, you can tell them you're going to contact the better business bureau.”
